| Gorean Castes |
| Gorean people are divided into "Castes." Every Gorean, with the exception of slaves, outlaws and Priest-Kings, belong to a caste and encompasses every profession or occupation. People are born into their caste, but it is possible to work up to a new caste. Most castes are identified by "caste colors." Often clothing will be worn depicting a certain caste. The colors of a caste are often held in high regard. The following castes are mentioned in the Gor Series of books by John Norman, and are not all inclusive of all castes. |
